Hi, I’m Amie

I am a Certified Christian Life Coach through the Center for Christian Life Coaches, an ICF-accredited coach training program.

I am an encourager and a gentle truth teller with a heart for helping women and families navigate relationship recovery, life transitions, and seasons of rebuilding.

I started this work because I know what it feels like to lose yourself while trying to hold everything together. Through grief, divorce, difficult relationships, and rebuilding my own life, I learned that healing is not about becoming someone new. It is about becoming who God created you to be.

Along the way, I had someone walk beside me with support, honest questions, and encouragement. That experience changed my life. It showed me the power of having someone help you see what you may not be able to see on your own.

My father’s death changed the trajectory of my life. It awakened truths I could no longer ignore and eventually led me toward healing, breaking unhealthy patterns, and building a life rooted in truth rather than survival.

I believe transformation begins when we stop pretending and start telling the truth. I believe we are stronger than they realize, growth requires courage and discomfort, and God often does His deepest work in the seasons we never would have chosen.

My Mission

My mission is to walk alongside women and families to help them find clarity, confidence, and solid ground in the midst of life’s most difficult seasons.

Through compassionate support, honest reflection, and faith centered coaching, I help navigate relationship recovery, life transitions and personal growth. Together, we discover the next step forward, build resilience, and create a life rooted in purpose, hope and truth.

I believe even in the hardest seasons, God is still working to bring healing, growth, and beauty from what once felt broken.

“Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor: If either of them falls down, one can help the other up.”
